Terms & Conditions of live sale

• All claims made during a live sale are considered a commitment to purchase. "Put backs" (cancellations or changes) are only accepted during the live sale itself, as this allows others the opportunity to claim the item.

• Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your payment link, which will be sent via Instagram unless otherwise discussed. 

• If payment is not completed within this timeframe and we have not heard from you to discuss your order, your order will be canceled.

• If your order is canceled due to non-payment or no communication, you will no longer be eligible to participate in future live sales
  

Open Basket Policy

If you choose to keep an open basket, we will hold your items for up to 4 weeks. At the end of this period, if your order does not qualify for free shipping, we will send you a payment link so you can select your preferred shipping option.

If you do not finalize your order and we do not hear from you within 14 days of this notice, your basket will be considered abandoned. In such cases, your order will be closed, and you will forfeit any claim to the items or a refund

Use code RUBY for FREE standard post in Australia when: Your cart total is over $150. This can include any items you may want to add from the website.
Use code COMBINE when: You would like to start or continue an open basket (An open basket allows you to add on your order over a 4-week period. This is done on a pay-as-you-go basis)
Use code CLOSE when: If you have an existing basket with us valued at over $150 and would like your items sent out. If you are not sure of the basket value, please get in touch

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, you can select your postage option at checkout
