Yes. All of our jewellery is designed and handmade by Ana, qualified gemmologist and jewellery designer behind Anay Crystals. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind, while some designs are available as part of our ongoing collections.

We use a range of different metals throughout our collections, including plated metals, stainless steel, sterling silver, and other jewellery-grade materials.

Because the materials can vary from piece to piece, we recommend checking the product description for full details on the item you're interested in.

If you're unsure whether a piece is suitable for your needs, we're always happy to help.

While some of the metals used in our jewellery are water resistant and suitable for occasional exposure to water, we generally do not recommend wearing jewellery while showering, bathing, swimming, or exercising.

Regular exposure to water, soaps, chemicals, perfumes, and moisture can affect the appearance and longevity of jewellery over time. Certain crystals may also be sensitive to water and can become damaged if exposed repeatedly.

Yes. We regularly create custom pieces using a variety of crystals and materials. If you have an idea in mind, please get in touch and we'll discuss whether it's something we can create for you.

Of course. There are no rules about how many crystals you can wear at once. Wear the crystals that feel right for you.

The only thing we recommend is being mindful of fragile stones, as some crystals can scratch or damage each other when worn together.

Yes. We specialise in natural crystals, minerals, and gemstones.

We do not sell man-made, dyed crystals or materials with artificial coatings. On occasion, a natural gemstone may have undergone an industry-standard treatment, such as heat treatment or stabilisation. Where a treatment is known to us, it will always be disclosed in the product listing.

As a qualified gemmologist, Ana is committed to accurate identification, honest descriptions, and transparent disclosure, allowing you to make informed decisions about the pieces you purchase.

Absolutely. Crystals and minerals are natural materials, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in colour, pattern, shape, and inclusions are part of what makes each piece unique.

Yes. Natural crystals often contain fractures, pits, inclusions, growth marks, and other natural characteristics. These are not usually considered flaws but part of the stone's natural formation.

There is no right or wrong way to choose a crystal. Some people are drawn to a crystal's appearance, others connect with its traditional properties, and some choose based on a specific intention. We encourage you to choose the pieces that resonate with you most.

Many people incorporate crystals into their spiritual and wellness practices. However, crystals should never be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Express Shipping – $17 AUD

Spend $180 AUD or more and we'll cover the cost of Standard Shipping for you.

We also offer international shipping, with shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Every order is packed with care before being sent on its way. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

Please note that Express Shipping refers to the postal service selected and does not shorten our processing time.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed. Many of our jewellery pieces are made to order, and most necklaces are assembled by hand, including measuring, cutting, and attaching chains.

As a small business, we take the time to ensure each piece is made and packaged to a high standard before it leaves our studio. While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, quality comes first.

Express Post only affects the shipping speed once your parcel has been dispatched. It does not reduce our processing time.

All orders are still subject to our standard processing timeframe of 5–7 business days. Once your parcel has been lodged, Express Post prioritises delivery through the postal network.

Not at all. Whether or not you choose to cleanse your crystals is a personal decision.

Some people like to include cleansing as part of their spiritual practice, while others simply enjoy crystals for their beauty and uniqueness. There is no right or wrong way to enjoy your crystals.

If cleansing is something that resonates with you, some popular methods include placing crystals near Selenite or Clear Quartz, using incense or smoke cleansing, or simply setting an intention when you bring them into your collection.

Absolutely. Crystals are for everyone, regardless of their beliefs. Many people collect crystals because they appreciate their natural beauty, unique formations, geological significance, or simply because they enjoy having them in their space.

For one-of-a-kind items, yes. You will receive the exact piece photographed.

For items available in multiples, such as some bracelets, tumbles, or carvings, you will receive a piece of the same quality and style, however natural variations in colour, pattern, shape, and inclusions should be expected.

The product listing will clearly state whether you are purchasing the exact item shown or a piece selected from available stock.
